Irish Breakfast Tea

A hybrid tea with character featuring an evenly matched Assam and Ceylon variety of the blackest teas! This hardy blend is known for its robust caffeination and cultural roots. Historically created by merchants attempting to cut their costs by mixing the two varieties together and passing them off as one type. This tea does have a brilliant flavor harvested as young buds creating a flowery taste mixed with a coarse fermented orange note.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1 tsp yields 8 oz brew at 195° steep 2-3 minutes. Serve with cream and sugar (preferably with a scone!)
