Raspberry Pistachio Matcha

This beautiful patisserie inspired matcha blend is a treat all on its own! Pistachio and raspberry make a decadent companion for a silky fine-milled green tea. Our matcha is unique for its gentle creamy taste and smooth texture. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1 tsp. of matcha yields 6 oz of tea. Pour hot water (175-180 deg. F) over tea. Do not use boiling water. Steep 2-4 minutes strain and serve immediately.

Alternatively: Combine 1 tsp with 4 tbs of hot water, use an electric hand whisk and whip the mixture until foamy. Add more hot water. Enjoy with a decadent short bread or avocado toast.
